Fabric Art Piece: The Inn at Traverse (SOLD)
This piece represents the Inn at the site of a medieval reenactment. The person requested one for himself, the Sashbuckling Rogue, and another for his good friend, the Innkeeper.

If you look closely you will see that the leaves are made from individually cut fabric pieces. After cutting over 150, I decided to have some of the trees have yarn for their leaves. The combination of "knobby" and metallic sparkly yarn lent itself to a good balance of textures in the piece. I placed a rabbit (button) amongst the bushes on the left. This fabric art picture draws one in to the excitement of an intriguing and adventuresome stay at The Inn at Traverse.
